We offer comprehensive consultancy services to help you bring your dream project to life, from initial design to on-site supervision. Our services include:
Design
- 3D Design: ₹10/sqft
- 2D Elevation: ₹500/elevation
- 2D Floor Plan: ₹5/sqft per layout
- 2D Floor Plan (Vastu Compliant): ₹10/sqft per floor plan
Consultancy
- At Our Office: ₹500/visit
- At Your Location: ₹1000/visit
- Online Consultation: ₹1000/meeting
Supervision
- ₹2000/visit
Project Documentation
- A detailed PDF outlining all project specifications for organized execution: ₹5/sqft
Payment Terms
- 2D & 3D Designs: 50% advance payment upon project initiation, and 50% upon completion.
- Consultancy & Supervision: 50% payment upon booking. Refundable if we are unable to visit. Non-refundable if you cancel the visit. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the visit.
- Project Documentation: Payment due upon completion of the PDF.
Important Notes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
- The square footage (sqft) calculation will be based on the area of the design or floor plan.
- For on-site visits (consultancy and supervision), travel expenses may apply depending on location. This will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
