Our Project Process & Payment Terms

Initial Consultation

We begin with a consultation to understand your project requirements. This initial meeting is complimentary.

Quotation

Following our meeting, we will provide you with a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work and associated costs. This quotation is also complimentary.

Project Booking

To secure our services for your project, a booking deposit of ₹10,000 is required. This deposit will be credited towards the total project cost. Alternatively, if you prefer not to place a booking deposit immediately, a consultation fee of ₹500 will be charged for each subsequent visit until the project is booked.

Payment Schedule

• Advance Payment: 40% of the total project cost is due two days before the project commences.
• Mid-Project Payment 1: 30% of the total project cost is due upon 40% completion of the work.
• Mid-Project Payment 2: 20% of the total project cost is due upon 70% completion of the work.
• Final Payment: The remaining 10% of the total project cost is due upon project handover.

2D & 3D Views

• Pre-Booking: If you require 2D and 3D views before booking, the respective charges will apply. 50% of these charges will be credited towards the final project cost if you proceed with the project.
• Post-Booking: Clients who have booked the project will receive a 50% discount on the charges for 2D and 3D views.

Renovation Projects

Please note that renovation projects may encounter unforeseen issues that become apparent once work commences. Any additional expenses incurred due to these discoveries will be added to the final project cost. We will, of course, communicate these potential additional costs to you as soon as they become apparent.
