Initial Consultation & Quotation
- We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your project requirements.
- Following the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quotation.
Project Booking
To officially book our services and secure your project slot, you have two options:
- Deposit: Pay a booking deposit of Rs. 10,000. This amount will be adjusted against the total project cost.
- Per Visit Fee: If you are not ready to book immediately, you can pay a fee of Rs. 500 for each site visit or meeting until you decide to book. This fee is non-refundable.
2D & 3D View Charges
- Before Booking: If you require 2D and 3D views before booking, the respective charges will apply. 50% of these charges will be credited towards the final project cost if you choose to proceed with us.
- After Booking: If you request 2D and 3D views after booking, you will receive a 50% discount on the standard 2D & 3D view charges.
Payment Schedule
Once your project is booked, the following payment schedule will apply:
- Advance Payment: 40% of the total project cost is due two days before the project start date.
- Progress Payment 1: 30% of the total project cost is due after 40% of the work is completed.
- Progress Payment 2: 20% of the total project cost is due after 70% of the work is completed (30% + 40% = 70%).
- Final Payment: The remaining 10% of the total project cost is due upon project handover.
